This is a hand holding program which includes hundreds of healthy recipes customized for your needs, 30 min twice weekly consultations, and a diet plan customized for your lifetime needs. The diet plan that will be provided to you as part of this plan will also be reviewed by and consulted with a physician along with your blood reports and will be tailored to your exact needs.

This plan includes a start-up fee of $150 and a monthly fee of $150 $105.
