My Weight Loss Story
“November 19 my weight was 64 kg
Not ideal weight but I always dreamt of having ideal weight.
Tried many things like gym, starving, having only lentils for dinner, vegetables, basically every stupid thing I could think of.
April 20 my life style changed drastically
Always taught for 8 hours standing and teaching and now just opposite 8 hours sitting and teaching online during COVID.
So I would eat less and increased my exercise time to 1 and half hour and I saw my weight increasing day by day
By October 20 I was 72 kg
I was so depressed
One fine day I spoke to Kamesh.
After all my blood tests she gave me a plan.
I started on 9th October and I saw magic happening day by day.
During this time I felt more energetic. I started losing weight, and did not require acidity tablets which I would need very often.
9th December I was 65.2 kg that is in 2 months I lost 7 kg (over 14 lbs) it was unbelievable.
My journey is not over yet and now I can achieve ideal weight for sure.
During this period I have learnt every bite counts, eating right, being disciplined, eating what I like but watching my portion sizes.

“It’s with an attitude of gratitude I reflect my weight loss journey with her. I was for lack of a better word an overachiever of sorts doing well in all spheres be it at school earlier later at work and at home but what took away the most from my perfect life was my weight.
I tried everything Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, etc. for a decade but I would lose a few kgs only to put it back on with a few more added kgs. Months turned into years, years into decades of being almost obese.
When I returned back to India I joined vlcc gyms etc in my perpetual search and struggle to being holistically fit but the same story continued till Kamlesh walked in.
She taught me the basics of nutrition and how portion size mattered. That I did not have to starve myself to lose weight nor did I have to slog at the gym for hours to stay in shape. All I had to do was mindful eating, thirty min of walking or so, and breathing exercises /yoga for flexibility. Her holistic approach to fitness, nutrition, and weight loss worked wonders for me. Now my energy levels are very high.
I was high on life in four months. I lost about 16 kgs (over 32 lbs) and two years down the line I am not only maintaining my weight but slowly and steadily improving in terms of shaping up, muscle flexibility, toning, and focusing more happily on fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and whole grains by choice not compulsion!
We owe it to ourselves to be our best version. Sometimes we need more than a friend! We need professional guidance. Thank you Kamlesh ! The journey continues.”
