Shake the bag in the bath water; bath should last for 20 to 30 minutes. Friction the inflamed area with a tincture made from 20 g of grated horseradish soaked in 100 ml of alcohol for 2 weeks.

Watercress: Consume as salad or fresh juice, 60-150 ml daily.

cabbageCabbage: is useful in arthritis. The treatment is the juice of cabbage , one glass per day, between meals 2-3 weeks long. Put poultices with crushed leaves and the stem removed, secure it with a bandage;  change the poultices 2 times a day.
