Natural remedies for Weight Loss 

Here there are two natural recipes that can help you in weight loss and have a tonic effect on the body.

1. Two large garlic cloves have to be minced and put in 250 ml white wine. Let it soak for 7 days . The cure lasts 7 days – one teaspoon once a day, in the morning, on an empty stomach.

2. In a 500 ml bottle put minced garlic and pour alcohol on it. Let it soak for 14 days. Strain the liquid and take it once a day in the morning after the following scheme:

The first day -2 drops, next day -3 drops … .increase your daily dose by one drop, until you reach 25 drops; then reverse the method of taking, and drop 1 drop from the measure until you’ll get the drops from the beginning.

This recipe is recommended for those who have higher blood lipids and want to lose weight.

It is also a general tonic for the body.
