Ingredients:

One root of old grated ginger (thumb-size), 2 peeled lemons, 3 spoons of honey.

Place everything in blender and mix until become a juice.

Then boil the mixture for 2-3 minutes. You’ll obtain a concentrate of juice.

Take two spoons of juice and put in a glass with hot or cold water.
