Gout and joint pain:
– put 2 tablespoons of hulled seeds (green skinned kept) in a cup, add 1 cup of warm water. Let the seeds (during the night) in water to swell ; then mix the seeds with the water, where they stayed overnight, until becoming homogeneous like a cream . Cure usually takes between 10 and 15 days ; during that time, the daily diet should be without salt, seasoned pepper or alcohol.

Cystitis, optimizing lactation and digestion:
– 200 g of seed prepared with 500 ml of boiling water – seeds are infused in water for 8 -10  hours. It will be used hot -100 ml, four times a day, in the range between meals.

Constipation:
– It is recommended daily 300-400 g raw pumpkin on an empty stomach with a little olive oil.

Obesity:
– eat pumpkin 1.5 kg per day, boiled or baked in the oven; pumpkin is great for fat balance and divide it into 5 doses for eating. It can be eaten either hot or cold. It can be served sprinkled with lemon juice or grapefruit. For faster fat burning , season it with paprika.
