Recipe 1

Compresses with Ginger & Apple Cider Vinegar

This mixture with ginger is a natural remedy that helps relieve the rheumatic pain.

Ingredients: a small ginger root, apple cider vinegar 100ml.

Method of preparation:

*Chop the ginger finely, heat the vinegar and pour over it. Allow to soak for 10 – 15 minutes.
*Wet a gauze or a cloth with this wine, and apply it to the painful joint.
*Tie a towel over – for protection and warmth – and leave the compress to act 20 minutes.

Recipe 2

Bath with Ginger Decoction

Ingredients: a medium ginger root.

How to do:

* Grate the ginger root and scald it with 2 liters of boiling water.
* Allow this mixture to infuse for 15 minutes (covered with a lid), then filter the medicinal liquid.
* Pour the decoction in your bath water, and take a bath for 20 minutes.

After the bath, lying in bed, you will feel how the heat penetrates the cells and how the pain goes away.

Recipe 3

Ginger Oil

Ingredients: a small ginger root and sesame oil.

Method of preparation:

* Grate the ginger root and squeeze the juice through a cheesecloth.
* Add to one part of ginger juice, 5 parts of sesame oil and shake well the mixture.
* Use this oil for massage on painful limbs, or for simply cold hands and feet.
* The remaining oil may be kept several days in a jar with lid, in the refrigerator.
