The compresses with chamomile tea are also effective for tired eyes, relieves headaches and eye strain caused by intellectual overwork.
Sea Buckthorn has the highest level of vitamin A, vitamin that is called “retinol”; vitamin A has a decisive role in the regeneration processes that take place at the eye level. Eat 20-30 grams of raw sea buckthorn fruits mixed with one tablespoon of honey, every day, to prevent and combat eye diseases.
Blueberries, Blackberries, Black currants – all these fruits contain anthocyanins, substances that protect eyes from aging process, help to maintain the tissues elasticity at this level, and improve the night vision. These fruits also help maintain the blood sugar at a normal level to prevent diabetes – a disease that causes major eye problems.
