Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs (160 calories) + 2 strips Oscar Myer low sodium bacon (70 calories) + 3/4 cup plain Greek Yogurt (75 calories) + 1 Navel orange (69 calories)

Lunch: Roasted tomato sauce (89 calories) + 2 Oz thin spaghetti (200 calories) + 3 Aidells Chicken Teriyaki Meatballs (130 calories) + 3 Oz poached baby romaine lettuce with Oyster Sauce (50 calories)

Dinner: 6 Spring Rolls (278 calories) + 2 tbsp Black Vinegar (14 calories) + White peach (59 calories)

Edit: For those who came from r/all – I am a 5’0 female who currently weights 108 lbs and is mostly sedentary (I walk 30 minutes a day and do 30 minutes of yoga). My TDEE is around 1500 calories. My B + L + D usually totals around 1200 calories. But I also eat around 300 calories worth of snacks a day.
