Healthy Tips to Treat Indigestion
Sometimes, when you’ll consume more calories than you need, with an overstuffed stomach you will be downright uncomfortable.
This often occurs at large gatherings, such as Christmas, when you are surrounded by delicious food and you, your family and friends eat a lot of food. Eating too fast or too much, or eating wrong things could cause stomach disturbances.
For this reason I suggest you some natural remedies – healthy home remedies:
Ginger – it stimulates the secretion of digestive juices as the food to be easily digested. The ginger juice diluted in warm water and a teaspoon of honey should be consumed regularly as a remedy for indigestion. Before a copious meal two-three pieces of ginger should be eaten with a little salt.
Aloe Vera – help solve many digestive problems. A spoonful of fresh aloe vera juice is recommended in the morning on an empty stomach and at night before bed. This will reduce indigestion, acidity and heartburn, will treat flatulence and constipation.
Cinnamon – has the ability to decrease stomach acidity. Mix a tablespoon of cinnamon with a glass of water and drink after meals.
You can also make a decoction of coriander seeds and dried ginger that will be consumed three times a day to stimulate digestion and relieve pain.
